The itineraries and staff presented in this website are subject to modification and change by WAT at any time. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate programs as planned, but alterations may still occur.
Your enrollment in a Tour will only be complete upon WATs receipt of the following: (i) full Tuition for the Tour and (ii) a signed copy of the completed tour Waiver.

Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to the starting date of the Tour
Cancellation at any time while the Tour is in progress, for any reason whatsoever, will be charged 100% of the tuition for the Tour. No refunds will be made for unused portions of a Tour under any circumstances.

If you do not pay your tuition on time, WAT, LLC has the right to cancel your reservation for the Tour. You agree that WAT will have no liability for any such cancellation.

If WAT elects to cancel a Tour for either of these reasons, you will receive a full refund and/or credit equivalent of any tuition you have already paid to WAT. Similarly, if WAT cancels a Tour after it has commenced, you will receive a prorated refund based on the number of days not yet completed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, WAT will not be liable for any forced delay in, change to, or cancellation of one or more Tours due to any event of Force Majeure, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of WAT including, but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, and strikes.
